Must be dependable, respectful, clean, responsible and a dog lover! Must split utilities, rent and chores. If you have minimal furniture, more of a plus. Entire place is furnished, except for your bedroom, of course.
Apartment is in the process of having hardwood floors sanded/finished. Hardwood floors throughout.
The Apartment is HUGE! Bedrooms are more than capable of fitting twin/queen/king sized beds plus dresser, etc. I have taken pics, but everything has been taken out of the Living and Dining Rooms so that they can be sanded. So, the place is not up to par as I'd like it to be for picture taking! ;o)

* Cat Owners (Not only will I be miserable because I'm allergic to them, but our place will be a zoo!)
No Security Deposit! Just first month's rent upon move in date! I just moved here a month ago, and love it. Looking to have a roommate with in 1-2 weeks. Optional 6 mth or Year lease.
