Pronto Connections, Inc, an AWARD WINNING family owned Customer Care Organization is seeking a full-time 2nd Shift Team Leader to supervise and mentor call center agents, along with managing daily shift call volume to meet department standards and client expectations.
Duties include:
· Spot coaching, providing feedback and guidance for continuous improvement.
· Monitoring production volumes received through the ACD to ensure goals are being met and shift processes are effectively followed.
· Providing support to agents during problem resolution process
· Understanding and directing team in meeting departmental goals and objectives, including service level standards.
Qualifications:
· Associates Degree, or the equivalent in related work experience.
· One or more years of experience in a leadership role within a customer service environment, or the equivalent in related work experience, demonstrating sound judgment and initiative to satisfy customer requirements. Call Center experience strongly preferred.
· Bilingual Spanish a PLUS
· Must be willing to work weekends and holidays
