Pronto Connections, Inc., is an AWARD WINNING 24/7 inbound customer care organization that provides quality support for our clients. Family owned for over 25 years, we currently have a Call Center Trainer position available. This position is responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing training to our customer care agents.
Ideal candidate will have a minimum two years Call Center training experience in an in-bound call center / customer service environment. Must be proficient using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, as well as curriculum authoring software and Outlook. Strong interpersonal, presentation and written communication skills required. Experience working with SME’s (subject matter experts) and effectively organizing information into adult learning modules is essential.
